Le Magnifique Macaron Cake

Try a fun twist on the classic macaron! In this hands-on class, you’ll make a beautiful macaron cake using large macaron layers, rich fillings, and decorated with traditional macarons.

You’ll mix, bake, and build your own eye-catching cake—perfect for any special occasion. Whether you’ve taken Nancy’s macaron classes before or this is your first time, everyone is welcome!

All supplies are provided. Please bring $16 to pay the instructor for the supply fee at class.

Nancy Burgeson

Nancy Burgeson, a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, has 45 years experience baking and teaching. She is periodically featured on Twin Cities Live, KSTP Channel 5, and has won numerous awards at county and state fairs.
