Enjoy a flavorful evening learning how to make popular dishes from Vietnam and Thailand! You’ll start by making fresh Vietnamese summer rolls with hoisin and peanut dipping sauces. Then, try crispy Vietnamese spring rolls filled with pork, turkey, and glass noodles.
Next, cook classic Pad Thai with rice noodles, chicken, eggs, garlic, chilies, basil, scallions, and bean sprouts. For dessert, you’ll make Thai lime custard topped with whipped cream.
