Track & Field Decathlon

This fast-moving class is open to everyone—no one sits on the sidelines! Each session, you’ll learn a new track and field skill, practice it, and then try it out in fun events like javelin, discus, shot put, long jump, relay races, and more. Safety comes first. We use soft foam javelins, lightweight shot puts and discuses, and safe hurdles so everyone can participate with confidence.
