Skyhawks Track & Field
Join us after school for a fun introduction to track and field. This class helps students build skills for future participation in cross-country, track events, and distance running. You will learn the basics of body positioning, stride, and proper stretching. You will also cover cool-down techniques to keep you safe and healthy. The goal is to help you improve your skills while developing a love for running and staying active.

Skyhawks provides a wide variety of fun, safe and positive programs that emphasize critical lessons in sports and life, such as teamwork, respect and sportsmanship. Our programs are designed to give each child a positive introduction into sports while fostering a lifelong love for an active, healthy lifestyle. Our patient and knowledgeable staff use a variety of skill-building games and activities to give each athlete a complete understanding and overview of the sport. Skyhawks Minnesota has been offering youth sports programs since 1999. Our programs emphasize offering a safe environment where we teach sports skills using our curriculum that is built on a progression; all while ensuring the children have FUN!
