Dryland Hockey Training - NEW!

Get ready for the hockey season ahead with this high-energy training class! You will build focus, learn how to listen and improve faster, and connect your mind and body through fun exercises. Each class helps you get quicker on your feet, stronger, and better at moving with balance and control. You’ll also work on endurance and awareness through warm-ups and fitness drills.

Every week, you’ll do exercises and get videos to use at home. On the last day, top performers in each age group will win cool prizes!
