Truffles: Chocolate Candies for All Occasions
Back by popular demand! Nancy has shown thousands of students how to make these rich, chocolatey delicacies. You will prepare one variety in class and also work with four others, with treats to sample along the way! After just one 3-hour class, you’ll be making truffles for all those special occasions. Note that some truffles may be rolled in nuts. Each student will go home with a yummy box of chocolates. A $15 supply fee is payable to the instructor at class. Optional truffle/candy kit will be available for purchase in class.

Nancy Burgeson, a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, has 45 years experience baking and teaching. She is periodically featured on Twin Cities Live, KSTP Channel 5, and has won numerous awards at county and state fairs.
