Prepare Your Own Will
If you don’t have a will, Minnesota law decides who receives your property and who will care for your children. In this class, you’ll learn what a will is, how probate works, and why planning ahead is so important. You’ll leave with a completed, legally binding will—ready to use. We provide everything you need, including a professional will form, witnesses, and a notary.
This class is best for people who have less than $1 million in assets and who do not own a business. An attorney will lead the class and answer your questions.
