Online: Beginner's Guide to Using Free ChatGPT (AI) for Writers

ChatGPT and other AI tools are changing how writers work. This beginner‑friendly class shows you how to use ChatGPT as a creative assistant for writing and content development. No prior AI experience is required.

You will learn how to:
• Set up a free ChatGPT account
• Write clear prompts that produce useful results
• Generate ideas and inspiration
• Create content, including articles, web copy, stories, and scripts
• Understand what ChatGPT can and cannot do
• Learn key ethical and legal considerations

AI tools are already shaping the job market. Writers who understand how to work with them will be better prepared for what comes next. This class focuses on practical skills you can use right away. Informative handouts for future reference are included in the class fee. The instructor LeeAnne Krusemark is a former journalist, author, editor, and Professor of Publishing at institutions nationwide, including Harvard Adult Education.
