Nature Play Area: Opening Fall 2020

Osseo Area Schools, in cooperation with the City of Maple Grove Park Board, is excited to announce the development of the Arbor View Nature Play Area.  

The play area is designed for children up to age 8 and their families.  It will feature:

• Sand play area
• Water play area
• Giant bird's nest
• Mud kitchen
• Building and climbing area
• Group gathering space
• Slack line and hammock area
• Willow tunnels
• And more!

In-person classes in the outdoor Nature Play Area will include three components of a traditional ECFE class:  Parent-child playtime, parent education, and children's education.  Parent education will take place in a special part of the Nature Play Area designed for adult use.  

Dress for the weather.  Classes are held rain or shine outdoors in the Nature Play Area unless inclement weather is forecast
