The first 12 weeks after your baby is born are very important for you and your baby. This class helps you understand what to expect, gives you helpful resources, and lets you know that challenges are normal. You will weigh and measure your baby, watch their growth and learn about sleep, bonding, development and mental health. Join us to connect with other families, share experiences, learn and grow together.
