Infants: Parenting Your Newborn (Birth-12 weeks)

For parents or caregivers with newborns from birth to 12 weeks. 

Your baby’s first 12 weeks are full of joy, questions and big adjustments. Each week, we will focus on discussion on topics such as your baby’s development, bonding with your baby, sleep habits and caring for yourself. There will be time to connect with other parents of newborns and ask questions. You will also have the option to track your baby’s growth with weekly weigh-ins and measurements. This class is co-facilitated with a licensed Parent Educator and Program Nurse. A lactation consultant may also join the class at times to answer questions.
