Infants: Parenting Your Newborn (Birth-12 weeks)

For parents or caregivers with newborns from birth to 12 weeks.

Your baby’s first 12 weeks are full of joy, questions and big adjustments.

✔️Parent discussion focused on topics such as: your baby's development, bonding with your baby, sleep habits, and caring for yourself

✔️Time to connect with other parents of newborns and ask questions

✔️Track your baby's growth with weekly weigh-ins and measurements (optional)

✔️Class is co-facilitated with a licensed Parent Educator and Program Nurse, a lactation consultant may also join the class at times
