Shaolin Kung Fu – Adult Beginner-Advanced – Mondays & WednesdaysSpecialty CampsLearn traditional Shaolin Kung Fu—the world’s oldest martial art and a favorite in film and action choreography—in a fun, supportive setting. These classes offer a full‑body workout that helps improve cardio health, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, focus, and confidence. Shaolin Kung Fu and Kid Fu are non‑competitive and designed to help each student progress at their own pace. Through structured practice and repetition, students develop skills such as traditional kicks and punches, forms, self‑defense, board breaking, and introductory sparring techniques. Classes may also include work with traditional training instruments. Students can earn ranks from beginner through black sash. Testing opportunities are available for those who wish to advance. The program is led by Shifu Robert Mehus, a certified fourth‑degree black sash with training dating back to 1982.
