An outdoor class featuring a variety of play, exploration and learning experiences throughout the community. It is designed to support all levels of learning and development. Screening is recommended at 3½ years old but can be done anytime between ages 3 and 5, before starting kindergarten. For more information about screening, view a short video. The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) also has an information page about screening. During your child's screening, we will: Conduct a simple check of vision, hearing, height, weight, and development. Review health history and immunizations. Identify any areas where your child may benefit from additional resources to support their development.
