In this class, you’ll learn the difference between flexible and rigid flat feet, what causes arches to collapse, and how to strengthen your feet with simple exercises. You’ll also get tips to improve your balance, movement, and posture. Take confident steps toward stronger, healthier feet! Important Note: Attendance at the Foot Foundations workshop is highly encouraged for everyone who wishes to get the most benefit from any of the other foot workshops.
