LGBTQIA+ Parenting Community (Birth to Five years old) This class is for queer parents and caregivers, or those raising children who are gender expansive or gender creative. Join a welcoming space to connect, reflect and grow with other families. Through shared stories, play and conversation, we nurture understanding, joy and a strong, supportive community.

Postpartum Wellness – Focus on physical and emotional recovery after birth, and learn ways to balance self-care with caring for your newborn.

For children one-year-old at the start of the class. Welcome to a big year of growth and discovery. These classes offer a safe, playful space for you and your child to explore together. Build early friendships, learn through hands-on play and connect with other parents. Parent time includes real-life topics: safety, language, nutrition, separation and more. Separation time will be adjusted based on the comfort and needs of the group.

This class is for caregivers raising a child with delays, disabilities or medical needs and will be facilitated by a Parent & Family Educator. Join a virtual space to connect and grow with other caregivers on a similar journey. Each class will include time for caregivers to share with one another and some classes may include speakers from school district special education staff or community organizations.

Preschool Connections: Parent Support & Discussion After preschool drop-off, join us for a welcoming space to connect, share, and find support with a licensed Parent Educator. This class is designed specifically for parents of 3- and 4-year-olds to discuss the unique challenges of this age group. There will be time to ask specific questions about your child’s development and behavior, as well as facilitated discussions on key topics, including: Managing Media Building Friendship Skills & Self-Esteem Healthy Routines (Eating, Sleeping, Toileting) Understanding Temperament Self-Help Skills Younger children are welcome to attend with you—there is a dedicated space for them to play while we talk.
