Defensive Driving Course: Saving Money - Saving Lives

If you're 55 or older, you can take this easy class to help lower your car insurance costs and become a safer driver. Minnesota law says insurance companies must give you a 10% discount for three years if you complete a state-approved defensive driving course.

This class is taught by trained instructors and takes place at the Educational Service Center. You don’t need to take a test or do any driving. When you finish, you’ll get a certificate to give to your insurance company.
