DASH Lacrosse Camp

Learn the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun, supportive, and non‑contact environment. You will practice key skills such as stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting through active drills and games.

No protective equipment is required. Helmets, gloves, and mouthguards may be worn if brought from home. Sticks and safety lacrosse balls are provided. Please wear athletic clothing and shoes, and apply sunscreen.
