You will practice key skills such as stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting through active drills and games. No protective equipment is required. Destination Mars Rocketry CampJune 15-18Build and launch rockets that can fly up to 300 feet in the air—and take them home. Create and test multiple rockets of different skill levels during camp. Using rockets and model airplanes, you will explore basic aeronautics, including propulsion, thrust, lift, and drag. Also learn about space travel, how astronauts reach Mars, and the possibility of life on Mars. The fee includes a $25 materials cost.
