Introduction to DBT Skills: A One-Hour Preview
Curious about DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)? This one-hour class offers a brief, practical introduction to skills you can start using right away. You’ll learn a variety of simple DBT tools to help you manage stress, navigate emotions, and respond more effectively in everyday situations. This session is designed to be interactive, accessible, and immediately useful—no prior experience needed. This class is a great way to get a feel for DBT and Nicole’s teaching style before committing to a longer course. You can find Nicole's four-session DBT class Real Skills for Real Life online which begins Thursday, October 22.
