Online: Better-Than-Cinnabon® Cinnamon Rolls, and Dreamy Tiramisu! (No Raw Eggs)

This class is held online via Zoom. Please ensure your email address is up to date so we can send you the Zoom link before the session. Ingredient lists and prep instructions will be provided in advance, and recipe packets will be shared after the class.

Warm, gooey, and impossibly soft, Chef Tess’ copycat Cinnabon®‑style cinnamon rolls are so good, you may never return to the original.

In this hands-on, bake‑along enrichment class, you’ll create two unforgettable desserts perfect for the holidays. First, learn Chef Tess’ famous cinnamon rolls — pillowy, rich, and finished with an unforgettable cream cheese frosting. After years of keeping this recipe a secret, Tess is sharing it exclusively with class registrants. These rolls are so popular that participants come back to take the class again and again.

You’ll also make Tess’ re‑imagined tiramisu, prepared with her no‑raw‑egg method for a lighter, fluffier, ultra‑creamy texture while keeping the classic espresso flavor everyone loves.

Ideal for holiday gatherings, gifting, or leveling up your dessert skills, these recipes are guaranteed to impress. Fair warning: they’re almost too good to share. If you can’t keep a delicious secret, this class might not be for you.

Equipment needed: a stand mixer with a dough hook for the cinnamon rolls and a whisk attachment for the tiramisu.
