Truffles - Chocolate Candies for All Occasions
Back by popular demand! and just in time for Valentine's Day. Nancy has shown thousands of students how to make these decadent confections. You'll prepare one truffle flavor in class and explore four additional recipes. Best of all, each student leaves with a beautiful box of homemade chocolates to share or savor! Some truffles processed with nuts. A $15.00 supply fee is payable to the instructor in class. Optional truffle/candy kits will be available for purchase.

Nancy Burgeson, a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, has 45 years experience baking and teaching. She is periodically featured on Twin Cities Live, KSTP Channel 5, and has won numerous awards at county and state fairs.
