Build and program robotic beasts in this hands-on camp. Create machines like a Robo-Dog, Mega-Gorilla, Insectoid Bot and Scorpion Warrior. Learn to program your robots to move, react and even think on their own. Working in teams, you will be challenged to modify and improve your designs to make them stronger, faster and more advanced. Each day offers new opportunities to create, experiment and compete while learning the basics of building, coding and problem-solving through robotics.

Most fitness programs strengthen the body from the neck down, but the face contains more than 40 muscles that influence tone, circulation, and appearance. In this unique class, you will learn simple and effective facial exercises and lymphatic techniques designed to tone facial muscles, improve circulation, reduce tension, and support a lifted, refreshed, and more radiant, youthful appearance. You will leave with a structured sequence you can continue using at home to maintain results between sessions. Please bring a facial oil of your choice.

Get ready for a cozy, creative, and glow-in-the-dark slime adventure. In this hand-on class you will make two amazing slimes – a soft, puffy pumpkin slime and a super cool glow-in-the-dark slime. You will mix, stretch and swirl your own custom creations using warm fall colors, sparkles and seasonal add-ins.

Esta clase es para familias que hablan español en casa y quieren participar en la conversación entre padres en español.Para el año escolar 26–27, Osseo ECFE se complace en haber recibido una subvención del Northwest Family Resource Collaborative para enfocarse en apoyar el bienestar familiar. Como parte de esta subvención, podremos contratar a algunos profesionales locales con licencia para incorporar prácticas y conversaciones sobre bienestar en nuestras clases. Para las clases en español, nos entusiasma colaborar con una terapeuta local de habla hispana con licencia, quien dirigirá algunas conversaciones sobre cómo apoyar el bienestar familiar. You'll be preparing chicken cacciatore using fresh chopped garlic, sweet basil, red onion, mushrooms and capers simmered in a delightful marinara sauce. You’ll enjoy beef braciole stuffed with prosciutto ham and parmesan cheese in a savory burgundy sauce. You'll pair these delicacies with creamy, garlic mashed potatoes, tender green beans tossed in olive oil with lemon and plenty of bruschetta for dipping. Finish with Crème brulee, a rich, creamy custard with a caramel crust. This class includes both demonstration and hands-on instruction. Many food items are prepped by the chef in advance in order to get through these amazing recipes in 3 hours.

Open to new and returning students. Learn from your favorite instructors as they bring fresh skills, refined coaching, and fun fencing games. Safety comes first. All equipment is provided, including practice swords, protective masks, chest plates, and jackets. Enjoy an energetic, inclusive environment while learning this unique sport often called “the sport of the intellectual athlete.”
