Online: Mexican Tamales

This is an online class held via Zoom. Please make sure your email address is current so we can send the Zoom link before class. PDF handouts will be provided during the class.

Homemade tamales are a holiday tradition worth sharing. In this class, you’ll experience the joy of making tamales the way friends and family often do—together. You’ll prepare chicken mole tamales and black bean chipotle tamales, then make Mexican manchamanteles mole completely from scratch. Learn traditional techniques, build confidence in the kitchen and enjoy rich flavors that bring people together.

Please note: If you cancel after the recipe and Zoom information has been sent, a refund cannot be issued. You may, however, contact us to transfer your registration to another participant.
