Online: Bring the Wok Home: 3 Quick & Healthy Asian Rice Bowls for Easy Dinners & Meal Prep
This class is held online via Zoom. Please ensure your email address is up to date so we can send you the Zoom link before the session. Ingredient lists and prep instructions will be provided in advance, and recipe packets will be shared after the class.
Skip takeout and bring bold, homemade Asian flavors to your table in 30 minutes or less. This hands-on cook-along shows you how to make three quick, healthy chicken and rice bowls inspired by Japanese, Chinese and Korean cooking.
You’ll prepare Chef Tess’ versions of teriyaki chicken, honey garlic chicken and gochujang glazed chicken using a simple, repeatable method that makes weeknight dinner faster and less stressful. You’ll also learn an easy, flexible way to prepare vegetable sides, plus tips for marinating, seasoning and building big flavor with less effort.
Perfect for busy nights or meal prep, these dishes are fresh, cost‑friendly and better than takeout. A well‑seasoned or nonstick wok is optional but helpful.
