Online: Moroccan Cuisine
Class takes place on Zoom a free online software. You will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. Please have a current email on file with us. If you need to cancel one of Ploy's classes and you have already been sent a recipe for the class, you will not receive a refund. You may contact us about transferring your enrollment to another participant.
In this fun and interactive class, you’ll learn how to make tasty Moroccan dishes, including chicken tagine, couscous, and salad. You’ll also learn about Moroccan spices like Ras el Hanout and other types of tagine dishes. Don’t worry—you don’t need a special tagine pot to join in!
Ploy Khunisorn
Instructor
Ploy Khunisorn is a native of Thailand. She went to Suan Dusit International Culinary School while she was working as a financial analyst in Bangkok. She came to the USA to earn a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability at Harvard University and a Master of Education at Cambridge College. She started teaching cooking classes in 2014. Having traveled to over 30 countries, she has enjoyed and learned to cook a variety of cuisines around the world. In her 9+ years of teaching experience, Ploy has taught over 6,000 students to cook and bake Asian cuisines, vegan food, gluten-free diets, pastries, and more. She also teaches in-person and online cooking classes for community adult education and community colleges. She is also a graduate student in the Master of Gastronomy program at Boston University.
