Sourdough has never been more popular, and Sandra Brenes is here to make sure it stays simple. With over 20 years of teaching experience and a bakery rooted in real-life cooking, Sandra developed her own Sourdough Made Simple Method, a flexible, beginner-friendly approach that requires nothing more than a bowl, a jar, flour, water, and salt.
Her love of baking grew from watching her Costa Rican mother-in-law transform everyday ingredients into nourishing meals with ease. That spirit of creativity and simplicity is at the heart of everything Sandra teaches today.
As owner of Studio B Bakery in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, Sandra teaches in-person workshops, community education courses, and online e-courses. Her goal is simple: take you from confused to confident, one loaf at a time.
