Each session focuses on creating comfort and ease through supported restorative poses. Gentle energy-based practices and sound may also be included to enhance the experience of rest and renewal. Options are offered throughout class, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced students looking for a slower, more supportive practice.

Please bring a yoga mat and any items that help you feel comfortable during restorative poses, such as pillows, blankets, bolsters, blocks, or straps.
