Baby Yoga
For families with babies from birth up to crawling Bond with your baby through touch, sound, music, and movement in this nurturing yoga class. Designed for postpartum caregivers, the session includes 60 minutes of yoga with baby-friendly poses, followed by 30 minutes of parent discussion and infant massage. New to yoga? No problem. This class is accessible for all. Bring water and a towel or yoga mat. -
Birth to 5 ECFE
For families with children from birth up to age five at time of class. Engaging, multi-age classes where parents and children learn, play, and explore together! Enjoy quality time through hands-on activities. Children will join the early childhood teaching team for guided play, while parents connect in a supportive discussion led by a Parent Educator. Note: SMR-B54 is a non-separating classes. Parents and children stay together for the entire class time. -

Community Connections
For families with children from birth up to age five at time of class. Explore local resources and connect with your new community! This class is designed for families who have recently moved to the area. Enjoy weekly visits from neighborhood resource programs, providing hands-on learning and play opportunities for families with young children. A great way to discover what's around you, meet new people, and build community connections. -
ECFE at the Park
For families with children from birth up to age eight at time of class. An outdoor class featuring a variety of play, exploration and learning experiences throughout the community. It is designed to support all levels of learning and development. Children will learn through play by exploring the natural world together with other children, their family and our early childhood teaching team. The address to each park is on our registration website and will be sent with each confirmation. Nature Play Area
For families with children ages birth up to age 8 at time of class. You and your child will enjoy time together in our outdoor space designed to support young children’s learning and development. The outdoor classroom space includes a mud kitchen, sand and water play area, giant bird's nest, building and climbing area, and lots of room for play, exploration and adventure! Dress for the weather. Classes are held rain or shine outdoors in the Nature Play Area unless inclement weather is forecast.
