Jonnie Goodmanson

Jonnie began her career teaching bodywork at a massage college in Arizona, where she also served as a teaching assistant in the cadaver lab—a transformative experience that deepened her understanding of the physical and spiritual connection within the human body. This sparked a lifelong passion for exploring how emotional and spiritual energy impacts physical well-being.

As a trauma survivor and someone who has navigated anxiety, Jonnie found healing through movement. Her journey led her to study yoga, eventually leading teacher training programs while earning a master’s degree in exercise science. She went on to design and lead numerous retreats and training programs, later expanding her expertise to include group fitness instruction.

In her last adventure, Jonnie became a financial advisor, completing her vision of being a truly holistic educator—supporting others in physical, emotional, and financial wellness.
