Foot Foundations

Your feet are the base of your body—let’s give them the care they deserve! In this class, you’ll learn how to stand and move in ways that reduce pressure and pain. We’ll talk about how shoes affect your body and show you simple exercises to help strengthen and stretch your feet.

This session helps you build a strong foundation for better movement and lasting results. It’s highly recommended before taking other foot workshops.

Kristie Walker is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with a Master’s degree in Health Promotion and a B.S. in Kinesiology. She is the former Director of Education and Training for a national fitness certification company and has over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. As a master instructor and trainer, Kristie has presented workshops and taught classes both nationally and locally. She holds multiple certifications across diverse formats and specializes in introducing cutting-edge, whole-body, paradigm-shifting movement programs designed to extend the life of your body and improve your quality of life.
