French macarons can be made at home with the right techniques. In this class, you’ll learn step-by-step how to create smooth macaron shells and assemble professional-looking cookies. We’ll also prepare salted caramel buttercream and a rich chocolate glaze. Along the way, you’ll explore flavor ideas and decorating tips to help your macarons stand out. Ingredient options are available for almond, nut and tree nut allergies. This class is not suitable for those with egg allergies.
Please note: If you cancel after the recipe and Zoom information has been sent, a refund cannot be issued. You may, however, contact us to transfer your registration to another participant.
